We offer a full range of services to assist your every desire from the simple everyday "to do list" to your last minute emergency needs.​ ​We are a team of seasoned professionals, who have the expertise to facilitate our clients every detail so that they can free up time to spend with family and friends.

Caroline Spriggs moved to the Tidewater area in 1990 where she began her career with Rudy & Kelly Academy of Hair Design as Director of Admissions. Caroline later moved into management for Rudy and Kelly Salons where she increased the companies revenue by forty percent within her first year.  In 1994 Caroline accepted a consultant position with ARTEC Systems Group in New York which was where her creativity unfolded. With no room to move up Caroline decided to pursue a career with Microsoft as an Education Consultant providing education for System Engineers and Solution Developers.   But it wasn't enough, Caroline missed design and using her creativity. Continuing her passion for design in 2001 Caroline started designing flowers for friends, charity events and then weddings which evolved into  her own flower business " Bouquets By the Bay " and that's when all her friends began telling her she needed to pursue this full time. Caroline has worked for several Fortune 500 companies over the years and was ranked as one of the top ten Consultants in the area. Caroline always enjoys helping people accomplish their goals and with the combination of her previous experience in customer service, design and attention to detail it gave her the ability to launch Caroline's Concierge Service.

 

                                                                           VOLUNTEER WORK

 

Caroline is dedicated to helping the community prosper by serving as an Ambassador for Full Circle Aids Hospice.   Caroline has also served as director of  charity events  for Children’s Hospital of the  Kings Daughters,  CANDII House,  Pediatric  Aids  Foundation  Lynnhaven River Now and  the  Hampton Roads  Women’s Show.
